This is a privacy policy statement on behalf of Wealth by Design, LLC.

Wealth by Design, LLC may disclose all of the information that it collects to their representatives for use in the business that they independently conduct, and the representatives may disclose all of the information that they collect in their independent businesses to Wealth by Design, LLC for use in its business. At such time as Wealth by Design, LLC and the representative terminate their relationship with one another, the information may be retained by each of them.
